Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was just hospitalized with an “infection” according to the SCOTUS.
Ginsburg, who has had a slew of health scares lately, reportedly underwent a non-surgical procedure for a “gallbladder condition” on Tuesday night and is reportedly “resting comfortably,” according to a court spokeswoman.

Ginsburg, who is 87-years-old had a gallstone that caused an infection.
She was and treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
The SCOTUS spokeswoman claims Ginsburg will participate in the court’s oral arguments on Wednesday remotely from the hospital.
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized Tuesday with an infection caused by a gallstone, the Supreme Court said.
The 87-year-old justice underwent non-surgical treatment for what the court described as acute cholecystitis, a benign gall bladder condition, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
She expects to be in the hospital for a day or two, the court said.
As always, we wish Justice Ginsburg a speedy recovery.
We also hope she decided to do what’s best for herself and her family and retire and enjoy her final time at home, with her family.
