Thin-skinned liberal TV anchor and “journalist” Trump hater Chris Wallace got cheesed off on his Fox News Sunday show over President Trump’s press secretary Kayleigh McEnany. 

She pushed back on the innocent journalists who are not doing their job of reporting the truth and are also using their platforms to push the country into indefinite lockdown to help get Joe Biden get elected. 

This includes keeping the churches closed. The leftist press isn’t interested in doing stories about how the constitution doesn’t allow these governors to close churches but instead they spend their time on stories about the “belligerent” pastors who dare to try to worship, even in parking lots, jeopardizing the health of the entire planet. 

President Trump recently said all states must treat all churches and other houses of worship as essential under coronavirus lockdown orders “right now” or he’d override the governors. He said, “In America, we need more prayer, not less.” 

The media, who wanted Trump to lockdown the entire country, with no authority to do so, went into a meltdown questioning his authority to order churches to re-open even though the constitution explicitly allows it. In fact, it protects it. 

The president, having sworn an oath to uphold the constitution, understands that he has to do his part to ensure our rights. 

The media picks and chooses what they want the president to be able to do and not do based on their own personal preferences and they have selective outrage over Trump’s words and actions everyday. 

They also pick and choose the stories they report. Have you heard even one story about Muslims going to worship and endangering us all? No. They are not a target of the press. Only Christian churches get the scorn of the leftist media for daring to open their doors and endangering the public. 

When a journalist asked McEnany on Friday about Trump’s authority was to “override” the governor’s authority to close churches, she shot back by saying, “The president will strongly encourage every governor to allow their churches to re-open and boy it’s interesting to be in a room that desperately wants to seem to see these churches and houses of worship stay closed.” 

That reporter followed up by saying that he wanted to go back to church if it is safe, somehow implying that walking into a Home Depot store of hundreds of people is safe and yet a church is not. Somehow, churches are not smart enough to move chairs around, wear masks and employ other safety measures. 

McEnany said, “Jeff, it is safe to re-open your churches if you do so in accordance in the guidelines which are layed out very in very stringent detail here” and went on to read the bullet points from the White House guidelines. 

She continued, “I am thankful that we have a president that celebrates the first amendment. The same amendment that gives you all the ability to ask me questions, is there to have the freedom of worship so imams and pastors can go to their churches, can go to their places of worship and can 

celebrate what is a first amendment right in this country which is to pray to your God and to practice your faith.” 

After that, she did an amazing job of schooling the journalists about Obamagate with a slide show to boot. A journalist asked if Trump had given any thought on pardoning President Obama for any future crimes. 

McEnany said she hadn’t talked to Trump about that but she had talked about the Michael Flynn case and Obama unmasking people to the journalists in the room and had given them questions that “any good journalist” would have asked an Obama spokesperson about. 

She followed up at this recent press conference to see if any of them did that. Obviously no one raised their hand and McEnany said, “Oh, not a single journalist has posed a single question?…” 

With the help of her slide show, she continued to ask more questions about Obama’s corruption including, “Why was Lt. General Michael Flynn unmasked, not by the intel community entirely, but by Obama’s Chief of Staff, by the former vice-president Joe Biden, by Susan Rice, by the Treasury Secretary…I mean, this is extraordinary. You know if it were political appointees in the Trump administration, I can guarantee you, I’d have questions in my in-box right now but apparently Obama’s spokesperson does not…” 

At the end of her questions, she said, “It’s a long weekend. You guys have three days to follow up on those questions and I certainly hope that the next time I ask, some hands go up, because Obama’s spokesperson should be asked those questions because President Trump’s spokespeople certainly would be.” 

Poor Chris Wallace was aghast by the whole press conference and said, “I spent six years in the White House briefing room covering Ronald Reagan. I have to say, I never – and in the years since too – I never saw a White House press secretary act like that. I have to say that if Kayleigh McEnany had told Sam Donaldson and me what questions we should ask, that would no have gone well.” 

So Wallace is a “man” unlike the other journalists there and wouldn’t have stood for such disrespect? He would have done what differently? They are all rude. They all have an agenda. They all ignore the real news and try to get Trump in a trap and make a name for themselves. Most of them don’t have any ethics or decency. 

No, Chris, you wouldn’t have acted any differently than the rest of them. You would fit right in. But, McEnany has a sweet way to shut you down with a smile and move on to the next idiot. 

Democrat hack Wallace went on to say, “Kayleigh McEnany isn’t acting like she’s working for the public. She acts like she is what she used to be, which is a spokesperson for the Trump campaign.” 

LOL. Maybe Chris never watched any of Obama’s press secretaries cover his butt and lie and spread fake news. Yeah, that was okay because everyone loved Mr. O. Here’s a little refresher, Chris, on just a few of the lies that came out of Press Secretary Jim Carney’s mouth including the famous, “If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan” lie that was repeated over and over again. 

After Wallace whined about McEnany’s press conference, his panel of Trump haters backed him up. Former DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile said she knew McEnany and liked her but said, “this combative, this posture that she is taking to the job I don’t think is the right posture. I would hope that she could tone it down a little bit and we all believe as not just journalists but as individuals we should 

be respected regardless of where we sit and I just thought that was inappropriate the way that she went back assuming that many of the people sitting in that room did not care about houses of worship.” 

Wallace got even more snotty about McEnany and said that even though she has only been in the White House a few weeks, she started “lecturing reporters.” He complained that she was “Telling reporters who have been covering politics for many years what questions they should be asking, in his case Michael Flynn.” 

Jonah Goldberg, Fox News Contributor, went after McEnany even more than Brazile by saying her behavior was “indefensible and grotesque” and that she was what Trump wants in a press secretary, someone who goes on the attack and he called her a “Twitter Troll.” He accused her of not caring about doing her job and wanting only to impress Trump. 

Not caring about doing her job? Seriously? Have you seen the binder she brings to the press conferences everyday? Looks to me like she’s one of the most thorough and organized press secretaries that we’ve had in a long time. 

The only thing the leftist media doesn’t like about her is that she doesn’t take their disrespectful B.S. 

Oh, and she’s a pretty woman. The leftist media supports all women, don’t you know. Except, of course, republican and pro-Trump women. 

And she’s smart. She got Wallace to show part of her slide show, exposing her questions about Obama to an even wider audience. Wallace, of course, skipped talking about any of Obama’s corruption but McEnany still got him and other media outlets to show some of her questions on air. Brilliant. 

When asked on Fox & Friends about Wallace’s criticism of her, McEnany said she wasn’t questioning the religious beliefs of the press. She was pointing out the fact that the questions about churches being re-opened were being asked over and over again. She said it was a bit peculiar she was asked so many questions about Trump wanting churches to re-open but has never been asked why a liquor store is essential. 

Trump has called Wallace “worse” than MSNBC anchor Chuck Todd. That’s quite an accomplishment.
