Tsarizm has reported at length about mass surveillance being implemented in Moscow, Russia during the Chinese coronavirus outbreak. Muscovites must now scan a QR for permission to leave their homes during the lockdown.
However, many residents must still use the city’s vaunted metro system for essential travel. As the video shows, it has become a nightmare.
