Democratic Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, recently shut down business in the House of Representatives until early May.

As usual, her actions are in opposition to her own words. She had told James Corden on his Late Late Show that Trump is basically a murderer and that “we” must act fast and “work 24/7” with “‘all hands on deck‘ working for a cure, vaccine and the rest.”

But I guess she must have been talking about Trump when she said “we” because she bailed out of working three hours before the interview with Corden.

Pelosi doesn’t really consider the pandemic situation an emergency because she gave the House members time off “absent an emergency.” Yes, you just can’t make this stuff up. She said that.

Meanwhile, the fund for the Paycheck Protection Program for businesses is gone and no applications are being taken by the Small Business Association

When Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell tried to add funding to the small business program, the democrats snubbed him and wouldn’t allow unanimous consent to add money to the program. With both the House and Senate not in session, leadership needs the support of every lawmaker to add additional money to the program.

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

The dems didn’t want to just hand out money to help businesses. They wanted to pack the bill with money for illegal aliens, voting changes and their other usual crap.

A pandemic doesn’t stop them from committing blackmail, extortion or bribery against the Republicans. Take your pick on whatever you want to call it. It’s Modus operandi for the democrats.

In the meantime, Trump is alone in Washington sans any legislators because they are too chicken to show up to help the country. Glad the Founding Fathers never felt that way – or any of the legislators who served while we were at war.
