Knowing China, this will be the vendor’s last public statement ever. She will be sent away for gratitude reeducation, never to return home.

Wei Guixian, a Chinese food vendor in Wuhan, made an allegation against the Government that could be detrimental to her health based on the history of that communist country.

Guixian claimed that if the Government had treated the COVID-19 (coronavirus) seriously, fewer people would have died.

China is trying to save face and make it look like the U.S. has more cases. China is just not reporting the truth again. Anyone for once second thinks they all of a sudden have zero instances. Unless they slipped the vaccine into people and now are just making the rest of the world suffer through the crisis to make them come out on top and more reliable. They were losing the trade war; Hong Kong was an uprising; this would not be a shock.

Wei Guixian, a 57-year-old seafood vendor in Wuhan’s Hua’nan market, was among the first 27 patients to get infected with the coronavirus, which causes a respiratory disease known as COVID-19.

She first began exhibiting symptoms on December 10 of last year, and was taken to Wuhan Union Hospital for treatment less than a week later. She recalled her doctors describing the illness as “very serious” and “ruthless,” according to The Journal and The New York Post.

She remembered her daughters at her bedside in tears, The Journal reported, and her eldest daughter “would touch me every so often, afraid I would pass away,” she told the publication.

Other vendors from the same market began to check into the hospital soon after. Wei recovered and left the hospital in January. She said she believes she contracted the disease through a communal toilet shared with other people at the market. [Business Insider]

The markets are horrific, unsanitary and the way animals are treated is deplorable at those markets. The govt should have had more oversight and regulation on them to begin with. Eating anything and everything is not safe. This is not a prejudice statement. It’s a sanitary fact. It’s about regulations and cleanliness and forethought.

To be honest, if the Government had taken the spread of the virus more seriously earlier, fewer people would be infected (or dead) now. This statement seems applicable to many governments around the world.

I worry that Guixian’s daughters won’t be able to be close to her for much longer now. She has criticized the Chinese Government’s handling of coronavirus. Many governments mishandled this, and there are many lessons to be learned.

Many of my friends didn’t take this seriously at first, and some still don’t, but a few more do every day. We must also admit to ourselves that even though we won’t be in this situation for a long time, we still must take care of now.
