The man who can’t figure out how to conduct a live-stream speech, who doesn’t know what state he is in, who he’s with, or what actual office he’s running for will be giving daily briefings on the Coronavirus.
He has no power to actually do anything, mind you.

Joe Biden is planning a regular shadow briefing on coronavirus to start as early as Monday to show how he would handle the crisis and address what he calls the lies and failures of President Trump.
Biden gave a preview of what’s to come in a conference call with reporters Friday, where he listed a litany of false and misleading statements from Trump, who has been holding regular White House press conferences concerning coronavirus preparedness and response that have been broadcast live on all major networks.
“President Trump stop saying false things, will ya?” Biden said. “People are worried they are really frightened, when these things don’t come through. He just exacerbates their concern. Stop saying false things you think make you sound like a hero and start putting the full weight of the federal government behind finding fast, safe and effective treatments.”…
Now, he said, his house is being outfitted with equipment that would enable him to livestream events, have interactive tele-press conferences and broadcast interviews with network television. [Hot Air]

His last live-stream was also a disaster. He had to be rescued by his wife, Jill. He was so lost and confused. He seized up. It was actually sad to see.

This is also the man who has hauled water for communist China, and who attacked President Trump for enacting the January travel ban against China as “racist.”
Dr. Fauci says that move Trump made was a “game-changer.”
Biden also would not close the borders. Exactly what would Joe do during a pandemic? Look confused and tell Corn Pop stories, I’d guess.
