The people who are not handling the quarantine well are needy, insecure, egotistical celebrities.

These people can’t just be alone with themselves.

They feel like nobody’s if they don’t have an audience fawning all over them.

And no one is having a tougher time than aging pop star Madonna.

She’s now keeping a “quarantine video diary” that is thoroughly cringe-worthy. On day one she almost fell in her bathroom while singing into the handle of a hairbrush.

In the video, Madonna declares that Coronavirus is the “great equalizer” making all of this same, even if we’re not “famous.” She says this (in some pseudo-British accent) while soaking in a milk bath, covered in rose petals with harps playing off in the distance.

“Equalizer.”

People found Madonna’s comments to be smug and out of touch and were not afraid of letting her know.

“Stop talking nonsense – rich celebrities are not in the same boat as ordinary people as their chances of survival will be much higher due to extreme wealth. Please wake up – we are not ‘all in this together’ by any stretch of the imagination – maybe in utopia – but not irl”

“It’s like I said to the homeless refugee family living outside my penthouse, we’re all in this together, we’re all equal…now. ”

“I’ve been a fan for 28 years now and I’m only 31. However, it’s embarrassing that you haven’t donated a dime to relief efforts when business & lives are falling apart. You’re like the 3rd richest woman in Europe. Stop spending thousands on rose petal baths and drop $ on aid now!”

“You are slowly transforming into a Japanese horror film right before our eyes. I feel like your two videos away from actually becoming the girl in the ring”

““Made us all equals in many ways” – Madonna, whilst sat in a bathtub full of rose petals with a harp playing in the background”

“where did you get your petals? The aldi at the top of my road if completely sold out !”

“Umm it’s only been a week and you’ve gone insane.”

“Who knew that celebrities were so fragile that being locked in their house for more than 24hrs would see them all go into total meltdown? They really cannot survive without being snapped at a film premier or appearing on telly.”

“Your videos are creepy. Have you always been weird or just loosing your mind after a few days of quarantine? So glad you can waste milk for a bath while I had to wait in line for an hour just to get milk for my toddler. So no, this pandemic has not made us equal”

But by far, my most favorite comment cane from Trump supporter Carpe Donktum, who added some very funny sound and visual effects to her video.

You can watch that hilarious “altered” video below (second one):

These celebrities need to get back to work, so they can leave us all alone!
