We are living in a time of great fear and uncertainty due to the coronavirus pandemic, which makes it tough to find things to smile about these days. That’s why it’s so heartwarming that a video is going viral this week in which a Chick-fil-A employee takes it upon himself to cheer up his customers in the best way possible.

Fox59 reported that customers were waiting in a long line at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru in Indianapolis, Indiana this week when they were treated to a free show by an employee who had been tasked with directing traffic.

Knowing that everyone waiting in line was likely going through a difficult time, Chick-fil-A worker Daniel Morgan decided to show off his “dance” skills to them. This would not come as a surprise to anyone who knows Morgan, as he was given the nickname “Dan, Dan the Dancing Man” by his mother when he was a child.

Video of Morgan’s hilarious dance routine has quickly gone viral, touching the hearts of people all over the world.

“The reactions have been great,” Morgan said. “So many people just like burst out laughing. So many people like join in a little bit doing a little dance in their car and I just love it. It’s great to see the smile on people’s faces.”

Many social media users have praised Morgan for brightening up their days.

“Makes me wanna go to Chick-fil-A drive through like right now! That and I really love the food lol,” one user commented, with another adding, “Love this! Great moves!”

Morgan went on to say that he believes God is using him as a tool to bring joy to people and put smiles on their faces as we deal with the COVID-19 crisis.

“Whether I’m getting attention or not, it’s not about me in the end,” he explained, adding that he hopes other people will use this time to love their fellow human beings.

“Our time here isn’t long, it’s limited, so just using that time more wisely, I think that’s what this whole pandemic has encouraged and motivated me to do and forced a lot of people to do,” he said.

It’s safe to say that we could all use a good reason to smile these days. God bless Morgan for giving us a reason to do just that!
