Was Pelosi’s “speech ripping” stunt pre-planned?

That’s what a journalist from conservative site “Red State” believes and he has the footage to prove his point.

Brandon Morse says the footage below shows Slurring Speaker Pelosi “testing” to see if she could rip the speech that President Trump handed her even before the event kicked off.

She does take the speech and place it under the desk area and appears to make some “arm movement” before returning the speech back to the tabletop.

The consensus is that this was a pre-planned stunt and that Pelosi was testing how many pages her brittle and shaky hands could tear at once.

When she did tear them she did so in “batches” so maybe there is something to this theory?
