Six women of color left Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s campaign in Nevada because of a toxic work environment.

Goodbye, Sen Warren, once “women of color complain,” you are done. Once, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the rest of her cheerleading squad gets wind of this mess; they will jump on this like white on rice.

Why should those women be at all surprised? What the Warren campaign did was what democrats have always done to their black constituents. Vote for us, but don’t step out of line. Those women had had enough and decided to leave the campaign. Hopefully, they’ll wise up and leave the democrat plantation altogether.

Welcome to the Democratic and Socialist party. People of color have ALWAYS been just tokens of these parties. They will promise you the world but give you a small sample of government cheese.

Six staffers of color working in the early voting state of Nevada have reportedly left Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s campaign amid complaints of feeling tokenized and having to deal with a toxic work environment.

The staffers, all women, have all left Warren’s 70-person Nevada team since November, with three of them saying they felt marginalized and that their grievances were not addressed despite taking them to their superiors or to human resources staff, Politico reported Thursday.

“During the time I was employed with Nevada for Warren, there was definitely something wrong with the culture,” Megan Lewis, a field organizer who joined the campaign in May and departed in December, told Politico. “I filed a complaint with HR, but the follow-up I received left me feeling as though I needed to make myself smaller or change who I was to fit into the office culture.”

Another field organizer who left the campaign, who did not want her name published for fear of reprisal, told the online outlet she felt like she was brought on the campaign “to literally bring color into the space but not the knowledge and voice that comes with it.” [Fox News]

This is what happens when someone gets hired to bring racial diversity to an organization for optics. People should be hired for qualifications and suitability for a position, not to bring racial diversity.

Warren had better pack it in. She is done. All she can do at this point is act as the spoiler for one of the more viable candidates. But then I suspect she is just vindictive enough to do that.

If Warren drops out and her supporters want to continue with a progressive candidate, they are left with only Sanders. If Warren’s supporters move there as a block, then that would tell us that Sen. Bernie Sanders would have a plurality of around 30%, putting him in the lead, but still necessitating a brokered convention. Then the choice of the final candidate would rest with the party bosses and their Super Delegates on the second ballot.

The Democratic is a circus!
