The liberal cancel culture failed to stop First Lady Melania Trump from receiving the “Woman of Distinction” award from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
The students tried to stop it with a bunch of frothing-at-the-mouth protests, but in the end, they failed and Melania won.

Speaking at the university’s annual Women of Distinction luncheon, the first lady said she was honored to receive the award, which recognizes women “who cherish community and family and want to preserve these ideals for others,” according to The Hill.
“As the First Lady of the United States, it is a great honor to serve the people of this incredible country,” said Melania Trump as she plugged her Be Best initiative, which seeks to curtail cyberbullying and opioid abuse among children.
“When we teach our children to cherish our values and care for each other, they are better prepared to carry on Americans’ legacy of compassion, service, and patriotism,” she said. [Daily Wire]
The Women of Distinction event started back in 1991.
What makes this honor so special, is that Melania Trump is the only first lady to have ever received the award.

And it’s very nice to see her honored this way because we know how often she’s passed over because liberals are unhinged kooks.
Case in point – once the university announced Melania would be receiving the award because her platform aligns with the shool’s “emphasis on encouraging the potential of each person,” the students went bonkers.
They protested the school’s decision, saying the award goes to women who give to the local community.
Oh well, better luck next time, communists.
