The foreperson in Roger Stone’s case seems to have a strong bias against Pres. Trump’s long-time confidant and that information have come to light, which could end up giving Stone a new trial.
Hart’s social media antics include mocking Stone’s supporters on Twitter after they were enraged when he was arrested in a dramatic pre-dawn raid by a federal tactical team to be excessive force, which many called unnecessary.
She has also suggested that Trump supporters, along with the Commander-in-chief, are racist, and there are reports that she favored the Russia investigation conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which ultimately led to Stone’s prosecution.
Now it looks like the fore person in the jury, in the Roger Stone case, had significant bias. Add that to everything else, and this is not looking good for the “Justice” Department. @foxandfriends @FoxNews

President Trump stepped up his criticism of Justice Department prosecutors on Thursday concerning former campaign adviser Roger Stone’s criminal trial, after it was reported that the jury foreperson had posted anti-Trump and anti-Stone messages online.
A spokesman for Stone also told Fox News they were reviewing the new reports and considering their next move. “Mr. Stone and his defense team are diligently reviewing the newly reported information to determine any appropriate next steps,” the spokesman said in a statement.
The juror in question, Tomeka Hart, reportedly stated Wednesday that she was the foreperson and defended federal prosecutors who recommended up to nine years in prison for Stone, only to withdraw from the case after senior DOJ officials submitted a new filing that recommended a lighter sentence. Soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light. [Fox News]
So much for “impartiality” for this Democrat juror. She should have told the judge that she could not be fair because of her bias against Roger Stone and Pres. Trump. Thank God she doesn’t teach any of my kids.

Pretty sure the juror lied during jury selection, plus they were tweeting during the trial (Social media is generally forbidden when you’re on a jury). This isn’t an excuse; it’s a legitimate complaint with this juror and a perfect reason to get a new trial.
At the very least, Stone’s conviction should be thrown out, and he should be retried with an unbiased jury. The best thing that could happen is to throw out all charges against anyone that was swept up in this false, corrupt investigation due to prosecutorial misconduct.
Jurors are supposed to be neutral and have no knowledge of the person or have any opinion on anything to do with the trial.
I have been released more than once on jury duty just for knowing the accused or learning about the case beforehand.That’s why federal cases involving politicians and political crimes should be tried at venues selected randomly across the nation.

DNC activists on DC juries make it impossible to get legitimate justice. They acquit all Democrats like the pedophile Dem Sen. Robert Menendez and Obama’s former attorney (a Manafort co-conspirator with the same evidence and same crimes) and find anyone associated with the GOP and trump guilty regardless of the strength of the case on either side.
There’s a jury selection process called ‘voir dire’ in which potential jurors have to answer questions about potential biases and activities that would disqualify them so you don’t get some crusader on a Jury that seeks to influence the verdict. Looks like the Hart person LIED UNDER OATH about her background.
Classic Mistrial.
