Liberals are terrified right now.

What scaring them?

Black voter support for President Trump.

Of course, the majority of African Americans will support the Democrat nominee, there’s no doubt about that.

However, the Dems need every vote they can get in 2020 and the black vote is powerful.

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

By completing the poll, you agree to receive emails from SteveGruber.com, occasional offers from our partners and that you've read and agree to our privacy policy and legal statement.

And in truth, Dems should be worried…especially after using and abusing the black voter’s loyalty for decades and giving freebies to illegal aliens while ignoring black communities. They only roll into town and pay attention to African American voters during election years.

And President Trump recognizes that and has focused much of his presidential efforts on raising up the black community through a stronger economy, criminal justice reform, and President Trump’s “Opportunity Zones” are spurring economic growth in underdeveloped communities around the country.

Through targeted tax incentives, the initiative is projected to generate approximately $100 billion of new private investment in communities that need it most.

That’s not “double talk” around election time. That’s real action to help black communities.

So, it’s no wonder that the media is working overtime and upping their efforts to lie and paint President Trump in a negative light with black voters.

Case in point – during an interview with the New York Times, Alice May Johnson, who President Trump freed from prison and who was the star of his Super Bowl ad, was nudged to criticize President Trump.

You can watch her Super Bowl ad here:

But she refused, saying, “But as for criticizing Mr. Trump, she said that was simply out of the question for her. “Can you imagine turning on someone who saves your life? Just on a personal level, can you imagine?'”

God Bless this woman. She understands loyalty and knows good people when she sees them.

Ms. Johnson said she was aware of some backlash to the Super Bowl advertisement, with critics calling it a political play aimed at papering over Mr. Trump’s record on race. But she said highlighting her personal story was good for her movement, even if some saw it as a cynical maneuver. “Some people say, ‘Oh, this poor lady is being used,’” she said. “I don’t feel like a prop. To have criminal justice reform as the centerpiece of the Super Bowl ad, that lifts everyone up in this arena.”

Ms. Johnson said she was not a political person and did not have any plans to campaign for Mr. Trump. But she said she was proud to be the face of his campaign on television.

“I’ve been such a source of pride for him,” she said. “Who doesn’t want to show something they’re proud of during an election year? That’s what all the candidates do. For him to highlight me, it makes me know he’s not only proud, he’s super proud.”

She described herself as “not an expert in politics” but someone fighting for “anything that advances my cause, anything that advances my cause of bringing people home. I can’t vote, and that’s part of what I’m fighting for,” she said. But as for criticizing Mr. Trump, she said that was simply out of the question for her. “Can you imagine turning on someone who saves your life? Just on a personal level, can you imagine?” [New York Times]

Below are a few great comments I found on what the New York Times tried to do:

“The @nytimes is disgusting. Imagine trying to convince a woman who was given the opportunity of a lifetime by @realDonaldTrumpn 2 talk shit about him. Every time I see Alice, I think to myself how incredibly grateful she seems & how our @POTUS saved her a life of despair.”

“Why, Yes, Alice…. yes, they can imagine turning on someone who saves their lives. Ingratitude is the hallmark of the sociopath.”

“This man answered my prayer along with MANY other Christians! He is apart of God’s plan! Sooner or later the rest of you will see it too!”

How dirty of the New York Times. I know it’s not shocking and we should expect this, but in a piece all about her freedom, why on God’s green earth would the topic of “criticizing” the man who helped free you, ever come up?

These activist reporters live in some really twisted alternate reality.
