Well, this is quite the development.

According to reports, all three Mueller prosecutors in the Roger Stone case have abruptly withdrawn.

This news is coming just after the Justice Department changed course in seeking a nine-year prison sentence for Stone.

The officials, three of whom were members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team investigating a possible criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, left after President Trump condemned the original sentencing recommendation of up to nine years in prison.

Addressing reporters Tuesday evening outside the White House, Trump denied that he played a role in the decision by the Justice Department to lower its sentencing recommendation for Stone. “I would be able to do it if I wanted, I have the absolute right to do it. I stay out of things to a degree that people wouldn’t believe. But I didn’t speak to them,” Trump said. “I thought the recommendation was ridiculous. I thought the whole prosecution was ridiculous.” [Washington Examiner]

Of course, deranged liberals will be getting their pitchforks ready, claiming this is “treason” and whatever dribble, but conservatives on Twitter are rejoicing, calling this development “outstanding.”

The Stone case is a disaster. Barr and his team outflanked by anti-@RealDonaldTrump Mueller prosecutors, who should have been no where near the Stone case. The get-Trump partisans in DOJ have created another "scandal" for their allies in Congress to pursue.

Democrats and some media hyperventilating over Roger Stone possibly getting a lower prison sentence from Team Mueller’s recommended 9 YEARS (way extreme/excessive for his crime) just goes to show how desperate they are, since impeachment failed. Just absolutely ridiculous.

This is an awesome development and hopefully, more will follow from Mueller’s witch hunt.
