One thing is for certain – Adam Schiff isn’t “wowing” anyone with his Senate trial skills, that’s for sure.

Let’s face it, Schiff is a desperate man who is desperately trying to spin a laughable impeachment sham into something “serious,” and he’s making a lot of unforced errors in the process.

One of his biggest blunders yet (besides droning on, repeating himself, and being an all-around gigantic bore) was when he argued that the American voter can’t decide elections – only lawmakers can.

It was a jaw-dropping moment that even caught Bret Baier’s attention – and not in a good way.

Gowdy says this move by Schiff was a “wildly stupid trial strategy.”

Gowdy made the comments on Fox News during the third boring day of the impeachment trial.

“The big question is,” asked Brett Baier, “is the way that Adam Schiff said it, do voters never get to trust the vote and only lawmakers can decide what the line is, that a president can get kicked out of office for?”

“Yeah, Brett, Adam’s ordinarily not that stupid but when you tell the jury, the Senate, on one day that they’re corrupt and then you tell the American people they cannot be trusted to pick the commander in chief, that’s just a wildly stupid trial strategy,” Gowdy responded.

The bad news for Dems is that the American people are completely tuned-out of this impeachment carnival of lies.

The already low initial ratings took a massive hit, dropping by nearly 20 percent the following day.

About 8.9 million TV viewers watched the U.S. Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump on Wednesday, the first day Democrats laid out their case against the president, marking a significant drop from the roughly 11 million viewers who watched on Tuesday, according to Nielsen ratings data. The media and the Dems want so badly for this to be a truly “historic” and epic moment – but it’s not. I don’t know about you, but I haven’t sat and watched this fiasco. I just catch clips online.

Complete waste of taxpayer time and money.
