But here are the mathematical facts of ground wars—if you are going to invade a country—the advantage needs to be about 3 to 1 to guarantee a quick and decisive victory if you have well trained and well equipped soldiers—sailors and airmen—
If you have to go into Urban combat—the number should be increased to 4 to 1—but the Russians came roaring in—with about a 1 to 1 ratio—230,000 Russian soldiers coming to face about 200 to 250,000 Ukrainian military personnel—but then the volunteers began coming in waves—100,000 to begin with—and then so many that they are being turned away—because there are no weapons to give them—
So many are resorting to guerilla tactics—building boobie traps and Molotov cocktails—
Another very successful weapon has been a fleet of stealth drones—that can hit Russian supply lines upto 35 miles behind the head of the convoy—and take out critical equipment—the drone called the punisher—has been devastating to the Russian re-supply efforts—because each one can carry 3-bombs—and fly at 1,000 feet—and by the time they are heard—its too late—
All of this makes you wonder—how much Vlady can take before he really loses his patience—because the drones alone have carried out more than 60 successful attacks so far—and were designed by Ukrainian engineers after the invasion of Crimea—
As for the Ukrainians—they are not about to give in—and this fight could carry on for years to come—
