—Here are 3 big things you need to know—
Three— Former President Trump is delivering on his promise to connect with supporters online again. He plans to launch a new social media network called “Truth Social” next year. He claims it will stand up to companies such as Twitter and Facebook, which have both banned him.
Two—Michigan’s unemployment rate for September is down a tenth of a percentage point to four-point-six-percent. The Department of Technology, Management & Budget says the state labor force grew by 12-thousand in September.
And number one— It’s now up to the CDC to decide on more COVID boosters. An advisory panel meets today to consider another dose from Moderna and Johnson and Johnson. The FDA granted emergency use yesterday and also said it’s okay to mix and match vaccines as booster shots.
