One— The CDC—and its massive power grab is just a political stunt to buy time for the Democrats—to get more people on board with more government checks—that is what President Biden is now admitting—
The President among those that openly admit in fact—the CDC has no such power—and cannot issue moratoriums impacting private contracts between private citizens—telling one side they do not need to pay rent—or pay their mortgage—while landlords go broke—
It is the most monumental political stunt we may have ever witnessed in the United States—an almost unknown—unelected bureaucrat—CDC Director Rochelle Wollensky who just a few days ago admitted herself the agency could not interfere with private contracts—has now reversed course—and commandeered billions of dollars—of private property owned by American citizens—
By declaring an extension to a moratorium on people paying rent or mortgages—the CDC—is telling landlords—they actually have no control over their own private property—and is telling them—if they try to collect the rent—they can be fined $250,000 and thrown into jail for a year—
First—the President—admitting the truth—
The CDC continuing to insert itself into private rental contracts, effectively transferring control of private property from the lawful owner to the renter, is possibly the most socialist action our government has taken in decades and without an act of Congress!
