ONE— A US Federal Judge struck down President Joe Biden’s Executive Order starting a 100—day ban on deporting illegal aliens— The Order made clear Biden’s effort was not legal and violated Texas’ agreement with the Department of Homeland Security—Similar agreements were struck with several other states—the injunction is nationwide—because of the free movement of illegal aliens in the country—
