Deli Deli has felt the strain from Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s lockdowns and extended pauses. Yesterday, she Kim logged on at 9 a.m. for the Pure Michigan Relief grant. She quickly found herself in line at 8,917. She remained “in line” for about 10 hours until she could finally fill it out. Now they have to wait until the week of January 11th for a response.
