One— The Veepstakes for Joe Biden— are over—and its California Senator Kamala Harris that will be on the ticket with Biden in the race for The White House—
Biden who apparently struggled with the choice and postponed it by more than a week before making the selection— is apparently willing to let bygones be bygones—
The goal of course is to make the historic choice of Harris something to attract black voters but will it work?
