While federal immigration agents keep rounding up illegal aliens accused or convicted of serious crimes, Democrat-led sanctuary policies are turning the justice system into a revolving door.
According to a recent report [1] from PJ Media, ICE agents in Illinois lodged a detainer for Guatemalan illegal alien Erik Giovanni-Quiroa – convicted of aggravated battery with a firearm and sexual abuse of a five-year-old child. Democratic Governor JB Pritzker and his fellow Dems released the pedophile instead. Fortunately, ICE was able to locate and arrest [2] him for removal from the country.
But Illinois isn’t alone. Democrats are releasing criminal illegal aliens all over the country because they hate Trump more than they care about the safety of the American people.
The pattern is becoming painfully predictable: ICE arrests criminals, progressive politicians accuse federal agents of being the real problem, activists rush to defend people who aren’t even legally in the country and liberal judges release them to prey on innocent Americans.
If Democrats spent half as much time protecting citizens as they do protecting illegal aliens from deportation, Americans would be safer in their own communities.
