AG Dana Nessel’s 50th Trump Lawsuit Has Her Admitting That Illegal Aliens Arrested by ICE Are Actually NOT Harmless

Michigan Demonic (sorry – I mean Democratic) Attorney General Dana Nessel has now hit a milestone: her lawsuit [1] to stop ICE from turning a Romulus, Michigan warehouse into an illegal alien detention center marks the 50th lawsuit she has filed or joined against the Trump administration since he returned to the White House.

And while the complaint includes the usual procedural arguments about a lack of environmental reviews and consultation with local officials, one of her loudest concerns listed is pure proximity panic: the site is allegedly too close to schools, homes, and neighborhoods.

THE HORROR!!!

But wait – I thought Democrats wanted everyone to believe illegal aliens are harmless. Isn’t that why they keep protesting ICE arrests and detention efforts? Yet now, when a detention facility is planned near neighborhoods and schools, suddenly the message changes if it means Nessel can use the information to oppose ICE and Trump again.

If the harmless and lovable illegal aliens that ICE is arresting truly pose no threat, why the panic over where they are being detained?

Democrats have framed the detentions as cruel, unnecessary, and xenophobic even when the criminal illegal aliens being arrested are accused or convicted of crimes like sexual assault, child exploitation, DUIs and murder.

But in Nessel’s lawsuit, the message suddenly sounds very different. The complaint argues the proposed facility is objectionable in part because it sits near an elementary school, a middle school, and residential areas.

So which is it, AG Nessel? If the people being detained pose no threat, then why all the alarm over housing them near neighborhoods and schools? For all the legal jargon packed into the filing, that glaring contradiction is hard to miss – and it deserves to be called out.
