According to a new press release [1] from America First Legal (AFL), the group says it’s suing to force federal agencies to cough up more documents showing how the Biden Administration teamed up with foreign governments and NGOs to suppress Americans’ speech.
The plan? FOIA requests filed way back in December 2025 to everyone from DHS to the Office of Management and Budget – basically the entire alphabet soup of federal agencies – now followed by lawsuits after none of them responded on time. AFL claims this “censorship industrial complex” is like some BIGLY Orwellian LEGO set gone wrong, full of collusion and cloak-and-dagger antics.
The AFL has already exposed coordinated malfeasance to shut us up with the Big Leftist Government + the Big NGO censorship machine:
- Getting cozy with the U.K. to “coordinate” internet censorship
- Having the CIA tell foreign governments to watch Americans
- Letting CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) outsource censorship decisions to some unnamed friends
If the paper trail is half as revealing as AFL thinks, the Democrats will once again be shown to be the REAL “threat to democracy.”
