Oops…Trump Outsmarts Democrats on Epstein Probe and Subpoenas Go Flying

I’ve been casually watching the Epstein drama unfold – not because I care all that much, but because it’s been entertaining. Every time Trump does something wild or unexpected, I remember what American political commentator Bill O’Reilly once said: sometimes Trump stirs the pot just to mess with the Democrats and their media echo chamber. And let’s be honest – Trump is a strategist and sometimes there IS a method to his madness.

So from the start, I had a hunch Trump was playing the long game with the Epstein saga, baiting the left into a trap. And now? One of his traps has snapped shut. After weeks of Democrats foaming at the mouth, demanding files, names, and information on Epstein – Trump’s support team is happy to oblige. Only the names the left is getting now? They’re not exactly what MSNBC and CNN had in mind.

Yes, if political strategy were poker, Donald Trump and the Republicans in Congress just laid down a royal flush while the Democrats are realizing too late (although not too many are catching on even now) they are playing Go Fish. In a move that even seasoned political trolls would envy, Trump has masterfully turned the Democrats’ Epstein obsession into a subpoena boomerang – and now it’s smashing them in the face.

It started with Democrats sniffing blood. “Let’s investigate Epstein!” they cried when the Trump DOJ said there was no Epstein client list and they were done talking about the matter. Because of that, the left assumed that Trump was covering up something, assuming that the evidence trail would lead straight to Trumpville. What they forgot – or pretended not to remember – is that Epstein’s elite Rolodex was stacked with some of their own favorite friends like former President, Bill Clinton.

Now, thanks to a Republican-controlled House Oversight Committee, subpoenas [1] are flying out like donor perks at a Clinton Foundation fundraiser.

Among the lucky recipients: former Prez. Bill Clinton, former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Director Robert Mueller, former AG Loretta Lynch, former AG Alberto Gonzales, former AG Merrick Garland, former AG Eric Holder, and even Trump’s own former AGs – William Barr and Jeff Sessions.

The usually sharp Democrats still haven’t figured out that Trump has been playing them all along.

The Epstein thing isn’t Trump covering his tracks – it’s Trump waiting patiently to throw open the vault so that everyone can take a look, knowing the most damning contents won’t be stamped “TRUMP,” but instead the Democrats will be exposed just like they have with the Russia hoax.

So while the Democrats on X keep shouting “fire” (or at least they will until they catch on to what is happening) Trump will continue to hand out marshmallows to the rest of us as we watch the spectacle unfold.

Some advice to Democrats: Don’t play chess against a guy who’s been living rent-free in your head for a decade.

The committee also requested Attorney General Pam Bondi to release “all documents and communications relating or referring to” Epstein and ex-girlfriend and convicted sex trafficker, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Good luck, Democrats. You’re going to need it. You should have been careful about what you wished for in public, because now you’re going to get it.
