A California judge has decided that common sense is too last century and has blocked Trump’s attempt to restore single-sex jails – because, apparently, keeping biological men out of women’s prisons is just too radical for 2025.

According to Breitbart News, a federal judge blocked the president’s transfer of three self-declared “transgender” dudes to all-male jails from their cells at women’s jails.

The ruling means that, once again, female inmates – many of whom are already vulnerable – get the privilege of sharing cells with men who identify as women. Never mind the well-documented cases of assaults, pregnancies, and total chaos caused by this policy.

You’d think the actual goal of incarceration would be to punish criminals and protect the innocent. But modern leftist “logic” says that prisons should be more like progressive summer camps where gender identity matters more than actual biology or public safety. Who cares if female prisoners have zero choice in the matter? It’s all about affirming the feelings of criminals.

What could possibly go wrong? Oh, that’s right. We already know. Assaults and pregnancies.
