The Revolving Door of our No Justice System Strikes Again

Things have always been bad in our justice system as far as protecting victims and potential victims of crimes. As a crime junkie, I can tell you that the criminals I watch on TV and hear about in True Crime podcasts are not one-offs.

These immoral and unlawful people have a long history of criminality. They have a definite easy-to-spot propensity for crime. But they get let out of jail over and over again either with plea deals or light sentences. These are domestic abusers, they assault people and they are murderers and when you look back at their past, it’s easy to see where they were headed.

The social justice Democrats have only made the problem worse the past few years with their “Defund the Police” mantra and their pro-criminal policies disguised as “criminal justice reform.” It’s justice for the criminals, not the victims.

Black Lives Matter and their Democrat friends decided that the death of George Floyd was justification for a lot of the insane changes in policing and our justice system that many of our cities are facing now which have resulted in a crime wave across the country.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out if you let criminals out with no cash bail, you’re going to have more crime.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out if police departments are defunded, if you don’t support your police, and use-of-force rules are changed, you’re going to have more crime.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that progressive district attorneys and judges are making our cities unsafe when they side with the criminals.

Criminals are not just roaming our streets. They’re roaming the streets over and over again. And that’s happening BECAUSE of our no justice system.

So it was no surprise to find out that the man who pushed a 32-year-old waiter onto the NYC subway track recently was a career criminal [1] with more than two dozen past arrests.

But then again, what does our “justice system” care about releasing dangerous people out into the public? It’s just a game to them. A job. A paycheck. They have columns of wins and losses and they get paid no matter what. For the most part, they have no skin in that game. Not like the rest of us.

So what if this guy had past charges of attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment, robbery or harassment? So what if he was previously in jail for 20 years [2] for attempted murder. The poor dude deserves a break. He’s has a hard life.

Because this crime in NYC is getting a lot of play in the media, they actually held him without bail – but I’m sure we all know he won’t be getting much time in jail for what he did.

It’s not in the cards for the games that Democrats play.
