Now Your Own Computer Will be Censoring You

I have never been one to follow the crowd which is why I use an Apple Macintosh and not a PC. I don’t want someone else controlling my computer, updating it whenever they want and having something that’s open to security hacks. I also don’t use any sort of “cloud” where some third party has control over my information.

In addition to that, I don’t personally use Gmail or any other Google products because they are a leftist company and I don’t need them tracking me or storing my information for later use (their use).

It turns out that not using Google was a VERY smart decision because the woke tyrants at Google want to continue to control your life by telling you what you can say in their apps.

Imagine you are sitting on your bed in your PJs and you type “Biden sucks.” All of a sudden your computer has a flashing red light and an alarm goes off.

Alert! Alert!

There is a new Google Docs feature [1] that will be flagging “potentially discriminatory or inappropriate language.”

And who decides what is discriminatory or inappropriate? Well, the leftists at Google of course. As they always do.

The Google free speech police will be underlining your offenses in purple to flag what they deem to be mean and anti-democrat. They’ll also flag text they don’t like and suggest alternative words.

More inclusive works.

Approved democrat words and phrases.

The tyrants at Google call it an “assistive writing feature.”

This new feature comes on the heels of previous Google Docs notifications to restrict “hate speech” and “misleading content” and their censorship of talking about hydroxychloroquine and other COVID-19 pandemic info. including vaccine side effects.

Google doesn’t think you are smart enough to write your own material even if it’s a letter to your old auntie. In fact, they don’t want you to write anything without their say so.

Their Google Blog says, “Suggestions will appear as you type and help guide you when there are opportunities to avoid repeated or unnecessary words, helping diversify your writing and ensuring you’re using the most effective word for the situation.”

What situation?

So according to Google, these are not YOUR personal files, your personal letters, or your own business documents…they are Google files. You’re using Google so anything you do belongs to THEM – documents, photos, whatever.

They will be the final arbiters of truth in any information that you distribute.
