The censorship of conservatives, Trump supporters and Republicans has been going on for a while and we’ve just had to live with it or move to other platforms like Parler.

Since big tech has gotten away with so much for so long with no repercussions, they are all-in now to help Biden get elected.

More recently, they have decided to censor stories that don’t look good for democrats and their sleazy and corrupt democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden. They’re hiding stories about voter fraud and anything having to do with Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

Well those actions can probably be considered as in-kind donations and many are saying that the leftist big tech companies are breaking campaign finance laws.

The RNC is also claiming the same.

The RNC says that in censoring the New York Post story about Hunter Biden, that Twitter violated federal campaign finance laws.

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

By completing the poll, you agree to receive emails from SteveGruber.com, occasional offers from our partners and that you've read and agree to our privacy policy and legal statement.

The RNC says in their complaint that Twitter violated FECA (Federal Election Campaign Act) and the Commission’s Regulations by making corporate in-kind contributions to Joe Biden.

Campaign finance law “strictly prohibits corporations from making contributions to federal candidates” and that a contribution means “anything of value made by any person for the purpose of influencing an election.”

Well, the leftist tech giants certainly do that 24/7.

Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google… they’re all in the tank for Biden and the democrats and their almost incalculable in-kind donations are in the millions.

They help democrat candidates, censor republican candidates and supporters, they hide stories and search engine results, they push their candidates and policies in their editorializing and suppress the reach of any competing political stories or ideas.

They do whatever they have to do because there are no consequences.

And you can bet your bottom dollar that things will get worse in these last two weeks. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they shut down Trump’s Twitter account – or better yet for them, they might send out a fake Tweet from the president.

They have the capability – and the motives to do so.

So what will the FEC (Federal Election Commission) do about any of these social media companies and their in-kind donations to Biden and the other democrats?

Nothing.

They are short a commissioner and don’t have a quorum to do business.

They can’t even have a meeting.

They need at least four people (out of six) for a quorum and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell apparently doesn’t find it important enough to get a fourth member confirmed before the election – or anytime soon.

So there will be no enforcement of any election laws this time around.

I guess the backlog of 300 pending cases aren’t important either even though 90 cases have a five-year statue of limitations that are set to expire soon.

The agency is a joke and the Republicans, including Trump, don’t seem to think it needs to be reformed or even staffed with commissioners.

I guess lawsuits might be the only way to go at this point without our government agencies willing to do anything about democratic corruption.

If not for this election, at least for the next one.
