It’s looking like the humiliating sex secrets of Ghislaine Maxwell may soon be revealed to the world as lawyers representing the government of the Virgin Islands are currently fighting for them to be unsealed so they can use them to sue the estate of the late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
The Sun [1] reported that attorneys representing the Virgin Islands have argued that the documents are highly “relevant” to their case against Epstein’s fortune. The “top secret” documents are from a now-closed deposition by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the alleged former “sex slave” of Epstein who has accused Prince Andrew of having sex with her when she was underage.
Virgin Islands legal experts have said that the documents are crucial because Epstein himself cannot testify in their suit against him, since he committed suicide in prison last year.
“In light of Epstein’s death in federal prison after the discovery in this action was taken, his direct testimony is unavailable,” wrote attorney William Narwold in a court filing. “Thus, any testimony by or about Epstein in this action may be critical to the USVI’s (US Virgin Islands) law enforcement action.”
These sealed documents have been at the center of the legal battle between Giuffre and Maxwell, who has been fighting to keep them out of the public eye. The few documents from the deposition include lurid details about Maxwell’s sex life, with Giuffre claiming that she saw the British socialite having sexual contact with females as young as 15.
Giuffre was asked during her May of 2016 testimony to describe any women that she saw Maxwell have “sexual contact with” her “own two eyes.”
“There’s so many, I don’t know where you want me to start,” Giuffre said. “There were blondes, there were brunettes, there were redheads. They were all beautiful girls. I would say the ages range from 15 to 21.”
When asked where she saw Maxwell engage in sex with these girls, Giuffre said with “100 percent” certainty that she saw the encounters on Epstein’s private island, called Little James Island.
“The island was a place where orgies were a constant thing that took place,” she claimed. “And again, it’s impossible to know how many.”
Maxwell preciously filed an emergency motion to block the release of two additional documents. So far, she has been successful in keeping the rest of these documents sealed, but she may not be able to hide them much longer.
