As we look back on the significance of September 11, 2001 and remember our fallen police officers, firefighters and fellow Americans who lost their lives in the single deadliest terrorist attack in history, it’s remarkable to see the similarities between the radical Islamists like Osama bin Laden and the democrat party in their quests to destroy our country.
bin Laden had released a video where he said, “Terrorism against America deserves to be praised because it was a response to injustice, aimed at forcing America to stop its support for Israel, which kills our people. We say that the end of the United States is imminent…”
That is the basically the same justification for the anarchist democratic AntifaBLM movement. They rationalize their rage and terrorism as a first amendment right and as a response to their perceived oppression. Their revolution is a just cause in the fight against their injustice at the hands of police and years of discrimination by all Americans.
A leader in the Black Lives Matter movement, Hawk Newsome [1], discussed the state of affairs back in June on “The Story” by saying, “If this country doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down this system and replace it.”
America is evil – a belief held by both democrats and al-Qaeda.
Destroying America by any means necessary is their common purpose.
The democrats want to destroy America both financially and structurally. But their revolution hasn’t moved along fast enough for their taste, so like the Islamist extremists, violence is their current answer to speed things along.
The result of September 11th, 2001 was 2977 deaths and more than 25,000 injuries plus long-term health consequences for many. There was also at least $10 billion of infrastructure and property damage.
The democrat party’s election strategy and terrorist insurrection hasn’t killed anywhere near that number of people (thank goodness) but their war on the economy and their bullying tactics against innocent Americans is growing. It seems to be a sustained movement that won’t stop until they get what they want.
So far, we know that the costs of the democratic rioting [2] is huge. The destruction of our cities has cost Minneapolis at least $500 million, Chicago at least $20 million, Portland at least $23 million…. and every day and bills keep adding up including having to pay millions in overtime [3] for the police officers.
In addition to the costs to the taxpayers in these cities, there are fleeing residents and permanent closures of businesses, people who refuse to live in the middle of anarchy where there are democratic leaders who refuse to stop the violence and police who cannot protect them.
The democrats are also banking on their economic damage to our country to help Biden win the election by keeping lockdowns imposed in Michigan, New York and California.
When the Islamic extremists went after us, there was significant harm on the economy of NYC and global markets but it was temporary and the country rallied to overcome those economic issues.
What we have now is tyrannical governors who are willing to sacrifice the economies of their states for possible political gain.
The loss of police and firefighters on September 11th was 412 emergency workers, including 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, eight emergency medical medical technicians and one patrolman from the New York Fire Patrol.
The loss of life was immeasurable to the families and the city. The whole country rallied about the police officers and firefighters. They were heroes.
A lot has changed since then.
During the war against the police by the democratic party since the beginning of the year, police have been demonized, defunded, laid off, reassigned, fired and many have resigned or retired early because their cities, counties and states don’t have their backs. They aren’t allowed to do their job anymore.
And they are targets. Even women and black police officers are targets.
They are assaulted, doxed and spit at. They are shot at and killed. This war on law enforcement by the democrats has led to shootings and the deaths of officers like retired St. Louis Police Captain David Dorn and security officer Dave Underwood as well as others officers and also including innocent Americans.
The democrats, like the Islamic terrorists, point to injustice as their excuse to try to destroy the United States. They ignore reality [4] like the fact that in 2019, of the 55 unarmed suspects killed by police. 25 of those suspects were white, 14 were black and five were hispanic.
So while there maybe be isolated incidents of bad police behavior, there is no systemic racial targeting of black suspects by white police officers in order to kill them.
No, what’s happening is much simpler than that in this push back against the police and America in general. The overall goals of the criminals and their supporters are less police, less arrests and more lawlessness which results in the ability to commit more crimes. That is, we are told by Black Lives Matter, reparations.
The overall goals of the democrat party are to regain power and never lose it again.
Trump, unlike the democrats who continue to be complicit in the terrorism in the streets, sees the domestic terrorists as just as dangerous as the foreign ones and he is ready and wiling to protect us from both.
