If last week’s Masochism Festival wasn’t hint enough, the Democrats have gone so far off the deep end as to be classified as clinically delusional. Now, one of their brighter lights (yes, I know what I’m saying) Jemele Hill, she of the antisemitic and racial hate school of PC Democrat minions, wants to tell us about her latest indoctrination. Oh good. Can’t wait.
She tweeted over the weekend: “Been reading Isabel Wilkerson’s new book, ‘Caste,’ and if you were of the opinion that the United States wasn’t nearly as bad as Nazi Germany, how wrong you are. Can’t encourage you enough to read this masterpiece.”
Ah, Jemele thinks it’s a “masterpiece,” eh? You know, maybe she’s right? I mean, if you ignore the history of the entire 20th century and substitute Bolshevik rat puke ideology, then hey, Jemele has a point.
Sure, we’ve never had genocidal death camps and the Nazis did. But c’mon, tomatoes tomahtoes. Invading Poland? Didn’t we do that in 1939? No wait, that was the Nazis. Silly me.
I’m not the only one who thinks Jemele is not just stupid, but hamster stupid. And that’s if we’re talking about a really dim hamster.
David Hookstead of The Daily Caller said about the book and Hill: “Imagine living in this kind of delusional fantasyland.”
Inez Stepman of the Independent Women’s Forum said: “As someone whose family lived (and some not) through both Nazi and Communist regimes this is absolutely disgusting and @jemelehill, if you spent one month in a real authoritarian state you would come crying back here to kiss the ground you walked on in the USA.”
Jemele Hill seems to cherish the truth with a level of care that would embarrass a 16th century Russian orphanage. However, let’s not single out poor Jemele just because she has a learning disability. I mean, she does, right?…Noooo. You’re kidding. No way?! Wow, imagine being that dumb. But for Jemele’s fellow PC Democrats, they don’t have to imagine.
That’s why there is some friction between the pros who are trying to run a presidential campaign with a candidate who is a cast member of Short Term Memory Loss Theater and people like Jemele Hill. Here in DC watching them circle each other with non-disguised loathing is like being at a cockfight before they open the cages.
You’d think somewhere along the way logic or mental clarity would take over. But for several decades now the Democrats have eschewed facts for make believe and Hill’s ahistorical views are typical of that process.
So Hill will be lauded by those who hate this country. She will return to her no doubt sumptuous dwelling secure in the knowledge she has righted a great wrong, now that all know that the U.S. is basically Nazi Germany. As for those who were almost gassed and then burned to cinders in Nazi death camps, until they were liberated by American troops? They may have a slightly different opinion.
