Fourth of July events across the country were cancelled due to coronavirus concerns, whether they made sense or not, angering many people who wanted to show their support for America especially during a time when the leftist mob is tearing apart our country’s history and greatness.

Back at the end of May, the city commissioners in Onaway, Michigan denied the parade permit. It was a shock to many as the Onaway 4th of July celebration has been called “The Greatest 4th in the North.”

It’s a big deal.

Within the small town of about 900 residents, Onaway has always put on a big shindig which has brought in about 10,000 people to enjoy the parade, craft show, food and lots of activities all day and evening, including a fireworks show at the end of the day.

The residents of Onoway, Michigan decided to have their own “parade protest” this year because they can certainly lawfully drive on the streets of their city without anyone’s permission or a permit.

As this video of the parade protest shows, there were many participants in the 2020 Onaway 4th of July parade event including two police cars, lots of motorcycles, golf carts, classic cars, trucks and even a horse. There were many flags being flown for the Independence Day celebration – American flags, a Trump flag, a few “Don’t Tread on Me” flags, music and a float too.
