Joe Biden doesn’t know where he is…I don’t even know if he understands that he’s running for President of the United States half the time. We know that one time he got confused and told America he was running for “Senate.”
During today’s awkward “policy speech” Biden started things by welcoming everyone to the “Kingswood community center.”
Which was not where he was at.

Biden realized his mistake and then tried to cover for it by acting as if it was a “joke.”
It wasn’t a joke.
This man’s campaign looks like a case study for elder abuse.

At one point, Biden only had 231 people watching his “policy” speech. I am not sure what the end number was, but clearly, there’s not a lot of excitement about an old guy with a raging case of dementia talking about “fixing” things after already being in politics for his entire adult life.
Biden took some “scripted” softball questions from the media – stuff like “Why did you decide to give your speech in Deleware?”
