Royal Insiders Reveal Why Working With Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Was A Nightmare

Royal insiders are coming forward this week to reveal why working with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry was nothing short of a nightmare before they stepped down as senior royals earlier this year.

“The problem is she and Harry have a tendency to hatch big projects over dinner and expect them to be actioned within days,” one insider told Vanity Fair [1].

“Meghan had brilliant ideas, but she was always in a hurry and aides had to sit down and explain that foundations and big projects take thought, time and commitment.”

The source had nothing but good things to say about Meghan’s work ethic, however.

“You can say what you want about Meghan, but she works incredibly hard,” the source said.

Thankfully, it seems that Harry and Meghan are trying to turn over a new leaf when it comes to their own upcoming charitable foundation of Archewell, as they plan to take things slow with it.

“They have learned from the mistakes of the past and taking their time with Archewell,” said a well-placed insider.

“They want to get the next stage right.”

“They are in no hurry to launch Archewell , they want to get it right, that’s really important to them,” another source added.

“This is something that they want to do for the rest of their lives so they’re not going to be pressured into launching something that’s still in the relatively early stages of development.”

It may seem like Meghan and Harry have been laying low ever since they moved to Los Angeles, California, where they have been living in the $18 million home of Hollywood mogul Tyler Perry while they look for a home of their own in the area.

However, the couple has still been making moves behind the scenes, with the ultimate goal being to further Archewell as much as possible.

“Everything they’re doing at the moment is part of Archewell,” an insider said.

“Whether Covid, BLM or their ongoing charity work, it’s all part of how they’re working on Archewell and developing their work and focus going forward. Their team have been working on hate speech issues, and tech-for-good behind the scenes since the beginning of the year. It was the focus of their visit to Stanford in February.”

Here’s hoping that Meghan and Harry treat their staffers at Archewell a bit better than they did their aides in the royal family.
