Report: President Trump Gains 13 Points With Independent Voters Since Last Month

Look, I’ll be honest…I don’t believe the polling. I don’t care who is conducting the poll, I think they’re skewed and they’re not reflecting what’s really happening in America right now.

But I do believe as we start to get closer to the actual election that the polling will start to better reflect what is going on – because they can’t keep up this Biden is ahead by 277 points sham forever – and I think we’re just starting to see that now.

One of the ways that the left can impact polling, even from more Trump-friendly polling groups like Rasmussen is with the chaos and the noise.

It’s hard to get a clear indication of how a voter is feeling in the midst of a total and complete sh*t show.

And the left has done very well at keeping the “sh*t show” going. But as with any manufactured crisis, it starts to wear thin, and when the smoke settles people start seeing what’s really going on and they get a better grip on things.

So, when you look at all of this, it’s not a shock that we’re now seeing Trump’s popularity soaring with independent voters – the voters sitting around watching the lawless left go full “communist” and destroy America.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s lead over President Trump has shrunk to seven points, 46%-39%, dropping five points since last measured in the Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen a month ago, when Biden had surged to a 12-point lead.

Trump’s position improved by a net 8 points among Republicans and 13 points among independents in the new poll.

All of the gains came from male voters, Rasmussen noted. In both polls, Trump trailed by 14 points among women. However, a month ago, he trailed among men by nine. This month, he leads by two (45% to 43%).

“These numbers may reflect a positive response among GOP voters to the president’s speech at Mount Rushmore,” Rasmussen said. “Media commentary on the speech portrayed it as divisive, but many Republicans considered it a strong appeal to unity. The new numbers may also be partly in response to GOP voters returning in response to media criticism of the president.”

Trump just needs to get his message out through all this noise and chaos.

When that happens, the American people are reassured and feel like the country is in strong and capable hands.
