You can literally kill someone so easily by throwing rocks at cars.
It’s not a joke and not only can you injure or kill one person, but if someone loses control of their car, they could kill or injure many other people.
So, when one lunatic was standing on the side of the road hurling rocks at cars, someone was bound to recact…but I bet he didn’t think he’d get THIS reaction.
One of the cars the man hurled a rock at spun back around and headed back towards the rock-thrower…but the driver didn’t get out of the car…
Instead, the driver drove up on the sidewalk and hit the rock-thrower with his vehicle and the guy went sailing over the hood.
The car drives off and the guy gets back up…but I bet he won’t be throwing any more rocks…

There’s an overall “lawless” feel going on. It’s like people think they can do whatever the hell they want and nobody will hold the accountable.
That’s a really dangerous place to be.
