Report: Whitmer’s Power-Grab is Over…She Just Suffered Another Crushing Blow

Whitmer’s power-grab is over.

Her short-reign of terror came to a long screeching halt thanks to a UNANIMOUSSS decision by the Michigan Supreme Court who said without a shadow of a doubt, the 77-year-old Michigan barber has a God-given right to work.

Karl Manke is the elderly barber who Governor Whitmer has targeted, bullied, and harassed, trying to destroy this poor man’s life for opening his barbershop in order to pay his bills and make a living to survive.

Meanwhile, Whitmer is out and about, walking shoulder-to-shoulder with protesters in Detroit.

This woman is an insufferable, disgusting, and hypocritical tyrant.

But finally, she’s been hip-checked by the highest court in the state.

In a ruling that could have future ramifications in the event a second wave of coronavirus strikes, a 77-year-old Michigan barber has won a legal battle against Michigan’s Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, who forced him to shutter his business.

Barber Karl Manke defied shutdown orders from Whitmer and reopened his shop despite state orders prohibiting retail reopenings. Whitmer, who has drawn heavy criticism for her refusal to bend to demands on reopening businesses, subsequently pulled Manke’s license, heavily fined him, and denounced his activity.

But the Michigan Supreme Court has ruled unanimously that he has the right to work.

The court was rather pointed in how they structured their ruling, delivering a barely veiled shot at Whitmer’s governing style in the process. They acknowledged that the executive branch does indeed have to power to regulate such activity during a time of crisis, but said that such decisions must be “made according to the rule of law, not hysteria.”

The Michigan Supreme Court decision will likely have far-reaching ramifications for other state business owners who are facing these same tyrannical Democrat leaders who are hell-bent on keeping the economy in bad shape and deeply harming American workers so they can try to win in 2020.

In the meantime, Michigan businesses should open and if they’re challenged, they have the high-court on their side.
