Report: CBS’s Catherine Herridge Shows Proof Biden Was One of the “Masterminds” Behind General Flynn Takedown

Joe Biden was just busted in a doozy of a lie by CBS’s Catherine Herridge.

As you probably know, Biden has been adamant that he has never had a single thing to do with the General Flynn situation.

Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

But as with most things coming out of Joe Biden’s mouth that’s not the truth and ace CBD reporter Catherine Herridge was the first to break the news.

You remember disgraced former FBI agent Peter Strzok, right? Well, some new notes of his were just released and according to those notes, it was Joe Biden who suggested the Logan Act when trying to frame Michael Flynn.

Here’s what Catherine wrote:

Defense motion reveals recently uncovered agent Strzok notes, discovered by US Attorney Jensen as part of DOJ review. “Strzok’s notes believed to be of January 4, 2017, reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden, and apparently Susan Rice discussed the transcripts of Flynn’s calls and how to proceed against him. Mr. Obama himself directed that “the right people” investigate General Flynn. This caused former FBI Director Comey to acknowledge the obvious: General Flynn’s phone calls with Ambassador Kislya “appear legit.” According to Strzok’s notes, it appears that Vice President Biden personally raised the idea of the Logan Act.”

“Peter Strzok notes from 1/4/17 released in Flynn case: Discussion among Obama, Comey, Yates, Biden, and Susan Rice,” Techno Fog wrote, noting that then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates was also at the meeting.

“Biden: ‘Logan Act,’” the tweet says, which indicates that the then-VP was suggesting that Flynn could be charged with violating the 18th-century statute prohibiting negotiations between unauthorized American citizens and foreign governments having disputes with the U.S. — a law that has never been successfully used and that many believe is unconstitutional.

Then, incredulously, Strzok quotes Obama as allegedly ordering someone to “Have the right people” on the Flynn case, according to the documents.

Comey is also quoted by Strzok as saying that Comey believes a December 2016 phone call between Flynn and then-Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak “appears legit.”

The documents appear to be part of a court case filed Wednesday, though it’s not yet clear who filed them or which case they pertain to.

According to the notes, Obama is also quoted as saying, “These are unusual times,” and, “Is there anything I shouldn’t be telling the [Trump] transition team?”

The post was retweeted by former U.S. ambassador to Germany and acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, who observed that, according to Strzok’s handwritten notes, the official story of Obama telling everyone to proceed “by the book” appears false.

He also noted that the email Rice sent to herself allegedly documented the meeting does not jibe with Strzok’s notes or the court documents.

So, now we know without a shred of doubt, Biden lied and he was not only part of the “Flynn takedown,” he was a mastermind.

The debates between President Trump and Dementia Joe will be very interesting, because you know that POTUS will come armed with all the “receipts,” ready to call Biden out for lying and trying to set up a coup against him.
