Larry White is an Arizona business owner who has been in operation since 1964.
He will tell you without hesitation; he feels the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic “it’s the worst thing to ever happen in the United States. Only God can straighten this thing up. We’re looking for the doctors, and God to put his hand in this an straighten this thing up, and put us back to where we were before.”
Vaughn Hillyard was conducting this interview for MSNBC but has known White’s business for years dropped by to see if he was opening up his shop since the Arizona Governor gave companies the go-ahead to do so.
White said: “I’ll tell you one thing, I ain’t going open up until Disneyland open’s up.” He also added, “I’ll be dog-gone if I’m gonna let somebody come here, bring disease, and take it down to my daughter and my grandkids.”
According to the Washington Post [1], Arizona has over 13,000 confirmed cases of Covid-19 resulting in 679 deaths. The state finds itself among other states easing quarantine measures after nearly two months in lockdown. California and New York maintain lockdown guidelines for non-essential businesses until possibly July.
Mrs. Whites Golden Rule Cafe is an absolute fixture in Phoenix and is a freaking Gem. Larry White is one of the nicest people I have ever met, treats everyone with kindness and fairness.

If I ever get to Arizona I’m going to support this man his business and his family…bless him. Absolute Realness.

Imagine that. A business owner with a caring heart who puts the welfare of family, customers and community above profits. I will continue eating at his restaurant when he opens. In the meantime, I’m stay home.

What we have is a split America. Half believe and trusted Pres. Trump and his fight to keep Americans safe from a virus that has turned out to be a trigger in killing those with underlying severe symptoms, and then you have another half that feels the President was taken for a ride and participated in crippling the economy.
They won’t blame that on Trump; however, the one who has the final say, they blame that on the ones bringing him the expert ideas.
This is what I say, keep your families safe, and you do what’s best for them. Don’t be pressured into making decisions that don’t benefit you. A lot of people will get the virus and never let anyone know, while others will continue to die if infected. That’s just the way it is and will be for a while.
