Report: Whitmer’s Latest Excuse For Her Husband’s Horrible Elitist Behavior Will Have You Rolling Your Eyes

The walls are closing in on Michigan’s tyrannical Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

She’s not having a good week.

It started off with the damns breaking in central Michigan, then the nursing home scandal broke, after that, she fled up north to her “vacation home” and her smug elitist husband tried to use his liberal privilege to cut in front of average Americans and get his boat launched before everyone else.

Whitmer did her best to ignore the story of her husband calling a marina and throwing his “political weight” around. Her office blew it off and called it a rumor, but it blew up and now she’s forced to respond.

And you won’t believe the excuse she came up with…

She now says he was “just joking.”

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer claimed her husband was just kidding when he dropped her name in an attempt to speed up the installation of his boat ahead of Memorial Day.

“Knowing it wouldn’t make a difference, he jokingly asked if being married to me might move him up,” Whitmer said of her husband, Marc Mallory, during a press conference Tuesday.

“He regrets it. I wish it wouldn’t have happened. And that’s really all we have to say about it,” she added.

The comments came after Whitmer — whose strict coronavirus lockdown policies have caused infamous revolts in the state — took heat when it appeared her husband was trying to flout the rules.

Three days after Whitmer announced that she was lifting some restrictions in areas before Memorial Day weekend, her hubby apparently tried to cut the queue at a marina so his boat would be in the waters by the holiday.

This woman really truly thinks you and me are complete and utter stupid peasant fools, doesn’t she?

That’s how most dictators think.
