Thursday night, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced Gregory And Travis Mcmichael, a father and son were arrested and charged with murdering Ahmaud Arbery, a man whose shooting death in February has sparked protests,
I can’t believe they thought they had the right to chase down this man without even catching him in the act of a robbery. (which he did not do as he was jogging) My heart goes out to his family.

There was more than sufficient probable cause for father and son to be arrested and then be held for however long until grand jury proceedings. The coronavirus has absolutely nothing to do with their arrest immediately.
Some people may not understand how it is just to jog, and when accosted by armed men, who fired a shot toward you, that you aren’t going to fight for your life. The last two shootings were fatal. And the shooter walking away like he did something heroic after that fact tells how much value he gives toward a colored man’s life. Justice will prevail ultimately.
Even IF he was burglarizing places, since when can you arm yourself and hunt down an unarmed man? There are allegedly two more videos, one of him possibly going into private property and another angle of the altercation above. The original prosecutor claimed the second video showed him attacking the gunmen. Now explain to me, if two white men with guys chase you down with a pickup, try to illegally stop you and approach you with said gun- in what way is fending them off attacking? This was not a self defense on the part of the two white men, it looks like a modern-day lynching.

I don’t know what the law is in Georgia; in most states, even if you see someone committing a crime if they leave, you have no right to bear arms against them. You can follow them and give information to the police, but a private citizen can not detain them at gunpoint. If I read all of this correctly, they did not even see him commit a crime; they just saw him running away from where crimes have been happening.
From the video, he did not look like a person running away from crime; he looked like he was jogging down the street.
