Gameshow Host Pat Sajak Sets the Internet on Fire With this One Common Sense Viral #Lockdown Tweet

Man, every once in a while you’ll run across a tweet that is so good and makes so much sense that you just have to share it.

That’s what happened when I saw this tweet. I knew I had to share it with everyone because gameshow host Pat Sajak hit the nail right on the head.

So many of us are suffering under extended lockdowns. I am in Michigan and my state, which is run by a Soros-puppet is facing some of the harshest lockdowns. We’ve been under house arrest for nearly two months now.

I agreed to this lockdown early on, even though I knew the “death numbers” were wrong. I never believed 5.2 million Americans were going to die. However, I knew this virus was serious enough that we had to be careful. I never thought shutting down the economy was the right way to go, but I went along with the “flatten the curve” mantra to avoid flooding hospitals.

We have flattened the curve, hospitals were never overflowing, and the death numbers were wildly wrong. So, why are some states still locked down when the survival rate for COVID is over 99 percent?

It seems to be more about politics and control now than the virus because the people telling us to stay home are celebrities, politicians, and journalists who are all collecting hefty paychecks and do not have to worry about losing their livelihoods, destroying their businesses, and watching their families go hungry.

It’s very easy for these people to stay at home. It’s no so easy for the average American worker – especially small business owners.

And anyone who questions this is told that they’re monsters and they just want people to “die.”

Absurd. We have another plague sweeping the land – an economic plague, but the elites just don’t seem to give a damn about that.

And that’s where Pat Sajak’s brilliant tweet comes into play.

Sajak took to Twitter where he addressed this very topic in a way that sums up what most of us have been thinking and feeling.

Here’s what he said:

When a disc jockey or a talk show host or a journalist who is being paid to work from his or her home tells people who can’t work, pay bills or pay their rent or mortgage to “Stay home and be careful because we’re all in this together,” it’s okay to question the premise.

Amen, and thank you, Mr. Sajak, for standing up for the American worker and small business owners.

We need more of this.

And if anyone tells you that you want people to “die” because you want your state opened, you turn around and tell them that they want people to die an economic death by keeping the country closed. And remind them that they’re such privileged elites and are so out-of-touch that they probably don’t even realize how little they care about the American middle-class.

Flip the script on these people, don’t let them paint you like a monster. Because wanting to work and feed your family is about the most “all-American” thing anyone can do.
