Even in the worst of times, we have individuals still trying to get over on people needing help. These scam artists set up tents and attempted to stage a coronavirus testing area.
Kentucky local officials are warning its citizens to be aware of “pop-up” COVID-19 (coronavirus) testing sites that offer quick results for $240 cash.
Captured on a video (below) was a suspect medical makeshift testing site run by a marketing company outside various Louisville churches in Louisville with workers dressed head to toe in hazmat gear.

David James, Metro Council President, and advocates have made it their mission to hunt down these fake COVID-19 testers, as reported by WDRB. Local officials claim these scammers are charging more than $200 a test while collecting people’s DNA and personal information.
“It’s really Medicaid fraud, is what it actually is. There is no reason that you should spend $240 dollars for a COVID test and they’re using the same gloves on Person A that they used on Person B, that they used on Person C.” Officials said the group may be from Illinois, and believe they are the same people who claimed to test people’s DNA for diseases last year.
“They’re the scum of the Earth and they’re preying on the poorest of the poor, and I’m going to do everything in my power to get them the [explicit] out of Kentucky,” James said.
The experts at the Better Business Bureau warn that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I’m amazed that people are willingly giving their DNA to anyone. What happens if their DNA shows up at a crime scene? They would need a serious alibi, and these days, that might not even work in their favor.
