I dare you to find a worse mayor in America than Bill de Blasio.
You can’t – he’s such a hypocrite.
The man is a complete lumbering clod. He spent weeks making the Corona crisis worse by encouraging people to go out and mingle in an effort to appear less “racist.”
Now, when he’s not breaking his own “workout rules” and hitting the gym, or traveling 12 miles to go a park when his mayor’s mansion is literally built IN a park, loser de Blasio is using his “mayor motorcade” to drive across town and crash Jewish Orthodox funerals and threatening to arrest everyone.
He even tweeted about it, sounding like an absolute communist dictator, with ‘hints’ of Hitler.
My message to the Jewish community, and all communities, is this simple: the time for warnings has passed. I have instructed the NYPD to proceed immediately to summons or even arrest those who gather in large groups. This is about stopping this disease and saving lives. Period.

Mayor Bill De Blasio has instructed police to arrest mourners at funerals and anyone gathering in large groups in a new ‘zero tolerance’ approach to stop the spread of coronavirus – after he drove across New York City to witness hundreds gathered in Brooklyn.
The mayor showed up at an Orthodox Jewish funeral in Williamsburg Tuesday night and threatened mourners with arrest for ignoring social distancing rules.
De Blasio traveled to personally shut down the gathering after images surfaced on social media of a massive funeral for a rabbi who died from coronavirus.

Yes, that was a huge crowd.
However, interestingly enough, an NYC ER doctor who has been on the frontlines of the Coronavirus – he actually caught Corona as did members of his family – is saying it’s time to reopen. He believes that the virus has moved “naturally” throughout the country and has not been impacted one way or another by the lockdowns – which he explains have been very lax by most accounts.
The New York Post [4] reported that Dr. Daniel G. Murphy says: “the wave passed over us, peaked and subsided. The way this transpired tells me the ebb and flow had more to do with the natural course of the outbreak than it did with the lockdown.”
What he’s talking about doing with reopening is called “herd immunity.” Which, according to a lot of the antibody testing we’ve seen lately, we’ve likely been doing for quite some time now and didn’t even realize it.
It’s hard for Americans to remain locked down as we learn more about this virus. The initial reports and death models were wrong. That’s not to say that Coronavirus isn’t serious – of course it is deadly serious. But the fact remains that nearly 90% of the people who catch Corona have “little to no symptoms.” This is a disease that ravages people in poor health and elderly folks. Those are the people who should be quarantined for their own safety.
Coronavirus is not “the flu.” But just to keep things in context, back in 2009, nearly 60 million Americans were infected with Swine Flu – and what was really scary about Swine, is that it was killing young people. Granted the death numbers were lower with Swine than Corona – but the point is, neither virus was anything to sneeze at. We should always be careful when a pandemic is happening, but it’s also very important to make adjustments as we begin to learn more about the disease and how it attacks people. We shouldn’t be treating people the same way now, as we did when we thought 2.2 million Americans would die, or even 200 thousand.
Our political leaders should change and adjust as the disease and models do.
