Unemployment Is Rising Due To Coronavirus, Corporate Lawyers Are Fighting For 2M Foreign Workers

Unemployment at an alarming rate and these selfish pigs are worried about foreigners having to follow the rules in their contracts? Send them all home now.

I hadn’t even thought of this—an excellent opportunity to repatriate people who shouldn’t also have been here in the first place.

Given the economic carnage and mass unemployment that will ensue right after a business restart, it’s incredible that Democrats are trying to keep these people in-country. It just goes to show that there are no depths to which Democrats will not stoop to enhance their future chances at the ballot box.

Breitbart is reporting [2] that corporate immigration lawyers here in America are requesting that federal judges step in and stop Pres. Trump from suspending routine visa deadlines for an estimated two million foreign workers.

The judge should “assume jurisdiction over this matter” and order the Department of Homeland Security to extend the visas for the foreign workers, says the April 3 lawsuit by the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

The stakes are very high. Under federal rules, whenever U.S. and Indian companies fire visa workers — such as H-1Bs — in the coronavirus crash, the visa workers must go home. If enforced, this rule will free many blue-collar and white-collar jobs for Americans made unemployed by China’s Wuhan virus.

The lawyers’ request comes after a group of GOP Senators quietly blocked a Democratic effort to restart work permits for the million-plus visa workers and the work permit workers who hold jobs in the United States. The giveaway was inserted into the Democrat’ coronavirus rescue bill, but it was stopped when the GOP Senators warned their colleagues “to not open the immigration can of worms in the coronavirus bill,” said one Hill source.

The GOP Senators who opposed the visa giveaway include Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Sen. Tom Cotton R-AR), and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO). Their group was backed up by a larger group of GOP Senators who are “still concerned about any use of the coronavirus [bill] to pass an immigration bill,” the source said. […]

It’s not going to happen, right now in America, there are more than 10 million unemployed Americans because of the coronavirus get all of these H1 and H2 people out of our country.

The American people are going to need jobs now more than ever.

As non-Americans, they have no right to remain in the US. Neither do their globalist employers have a right to keep them from being deported. We Americans do have a right to demand these employers hire American citizens to fill these jobs.

Pres. Trump doesn’t use judges as an excuse. He takes every judgment against him in the lower courts to the Supreme Court and wins. Many feel Pres. Trump is the most successful President in American history and the only President in American history to secure the Southern Border with a combination of Border Wall and Border Policy and fulfill all his campaign promises.
