God bless Senator Kennedy.

He’s one of the few people to brazenly call out the Democrats for their moronic behavior.

The Democrats blocked yet another bill today, which was aimed to help Americans through the coronavirus pandemic by providing thousands of dollars to every tax-paying citizen and would put millions back into the economy.

Of course, Democrats don’t seem concerned at all about helping the common man and blocked yet another bill that so many Americans desperately need.

Democrats blocked a $2 trillion coronavirus ^[2] rescue bill for the second day in a row Monday, as near-pandemonium erupted on the Senate floor with lawmakers venting fury about their failed efforts to address the pandemic’s impact on the U.S. economy.

Ahead of the vote, Senators clashed angrily over delays that had bogged down the giant bill, reflecting uncertainty about whether Congress would be able to reach a deal in the coming hours. Some lawmakers had hoped to reach an agreement three days ago, but talks kept breaking down even as they negotiated throughout the weekend.

Democrats have argued that the bill is disproportionately tilted towards helping companies and needs to extend more benefits to families and health care providers, while Republicans have countered that the bill offers unprecedented financial assistance to the entire economy and needs to be passed before more people lose their jobs. There are many GOP senators who are enraged by this injustice, but no one put it as great as Senator Kennedy.

Kennedy took to the floor after the bill was blocked a second time and told Democrats that American’s can see the country is being run by a “bunch of idiots.”

SEN. KENNEDY: Do you know what the American people are thinking right now? They’re thinking that the brain is an amazing organ. It starts working in a mother’s womb, and it doesn’t stop working until you get elected to Congress. Do You know what the American people are thinking right now, Mr. President? They’re thinking that this country was founded by geniuses but is being run by a bunch of idiots.

Seriously, the Democrats are literally nitpicking this bill for no apparent reason.

They seem content to let Americans suffer while they debate over how to include tax credits for solar panels into a bill aimed at fighting COVID-19.
