We all know, at this point, China and its communist leaders lied about the SARS CoV 2 virus and the Covid-19 Pandemic they have unleashed on the world. As late as mid-January, The World Health Organization [1] was helplessly regurgitating the Chinese Communist talking points and telling the world there was no evidence the virus could be spread from person to person. The WHO also said Italy is the second best healthcare system in the world.
Credibility, what credibility? That’s a conversation for another day.
The Chinese of course knew at least as early as November the virus could be highly contagious and was doing all it could to keep it a secret.
Less than one week after WHO representatives were telling the world there was ‘no evidence’ the virus could be spread among people, the first case was identified in The United States. That was on January 21st of this year. Five weeks later in late February, the first death was recorded in the US.
From that point forward, the world has been playing catch up to the Wuhan Virus and the lies of the Chinese Communists. If Beijing had accepted offers from America’s Centers for Disease Control or similar offers from other nations, we may not be in this situation today. Some believe the pandemic could have been muted by more than 90%.
Thousands have died in Italy and Spain. Soon it appears likely the United States and other nations will also suffer thousands of deaths. The truth is it could turn into tens of thousands or even millions of deaths here and around the world. How this ends, we simply do not know yet.
Much of the misery and despair could have been avoided, if only President Xi and the Chinese had told the truth. In Taiwan, they knew and clamped down early. They didn’t trust those on the mainland about the dangers of the virus. They didn’t believe what was being said and they know better. They know communists lie.
Now, China says it has discovered almost no new cases over the past several days. Those cases China is reporting, they are saying are coming in from other countries. Wuhan is actually taking down roadblocks and other barriers to travel. Life at the epicenter is returning to normal. How can that be? Is that even possible? Yes, it is possible but we have to understand why.
There are only a few explanations that would result in the number of new cases dropping to zero. Quite simply the communist government could be killing the virus by killing the hosts. Meaning they are killing those who are infected.
The drastic measures of locking people inside their homes may have stopped the spread of the virus completely in China but it seems unlikely. Afterall Italy has taken extreme shelter in place initiatives and it is still spiraling out of control there. You could never stop the virus from spreading 100% without very extreme measures. Which takes me back to eliminating the virus by eliminating the host.
Then there is the possibility, the Chinese have a cure. Is that a possibility? Yes, it is. Its also possible the virus mutated and is less deadly. That happens with viruses.
The problem is, China lies about almost everything and that makes it nearly impossible to determine what is causing the curve to flatline altogether.
There are literally dozens of companies and tens of thousands of people working 24 hours a day searching for a cure. The search includes both new drugs and old. We know more today about viruses and how they kill than we ever have. There is reason for hope but it could also be fleeting.
The problem is, right now, we just don’t know and everyday the more answers we get, the more questions we have.
