Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, a general practitioner in an orthodox jewish community in New York, has treated
almost 700 patients with his COVID-19 cocktail with a 100% success rate and will soon be publishing
the study. He’s had zero deaths, zero people intubated and three patients in the hospital with
pneumonia but not intubated.

Zelenko says that about 60% of his community has the virus. He cares for about 75% of the
population of Kiryat Joel, which is about an hour away from New York City. Kiryat Joel has a
population of about 35,000 people and the infection spread rapidly before social distancing was
implemented. He says the virus is 3x more contagious and 10x more deadly than the flu.

When Zelenko heard about the virus coming out of China in January, he could see it migrating closer
to us. He saw it hitting New York City and knew it would be coming to his community after getting
notifications from the Dept. of Health in New York. He expected his community to get the virus
because of the dense living and the travels of people in his community.

In a recent interview with Rudy Giuliani Zelenko discussed what he started to see in his community,
what treatment he developed and the science behind why it’s working.

Zelenko said that while first researching the virus, he didn’t see any way to combat the disease other
than social distancing, washing your hands and praying to God.

He started seeing flu-like symptoms but also un-flu-like symptoms with his patients. People were
coming to him with fever, cough, headaches, runny noses and diarrhea but testing showed that they
didn’t have the flu. Two other strange symptoms he ran into were some people losing their sense of
smell or taste.

After looking at other studies and treatments coming out of South Korea and France and even out of
New York City, he came up with a regimen to use on his patients based on what he saw was working
and not working.

He decided to repurpose available drugs by using them in a unique combination in an outpatient
setting. He put together a combination of three drugs in a five-day $20 treatment cocktail for
outpatient treatment. These medicines include Hydroxychloroquine, Azithromycin and Zinc sulfate.
This treatment can be found in a letter he sent to other physicians.

His plan of action is to treat the virus as soon as possible, before it destroys the lungs and a patient
has to go to the hospital to get intubated. Faster tests results will help so treatments can start quickly
instead of having to wait 2-3 days to see if someone is infected.

He explains how if the virus doesn’t get treated quickly, it aggressively enters the lung cells and goes
to war to destroy them, leaving dead biological tissue debris in the way clogging up the tissue and
functioning of the lungs. In a race against time, he says it’s like having cement in the lungs.

If the virus infects the lung tissue (cells) to a degree that you have to be hospitalized, patients get a
new disease called ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) which is a disease apart from the
COVID-19. Once a person has this, four out of five of the patients will die.

The immune system, or the treatment cocktail, is needed to push away the external threat of the viral
infection before it gets into the lungs. Zelenko explains that he believes his cocktail works by reducing
the amount of virus the body is infected with by interfering with its growth, giving the immune system
time to overcome it before it destroys the lungs.

His rationale for his cocktail working includes the following: The Zinc interrupts the virus from getting
into the cells to take them over but the Zinc a hard time penetrating the cells which is where the
Hydroxychloroquine comes in, acting as a channel to allow the Zinc to get into the cells. The
Azithromycin, he believes, takes care of any secondary infections, a precaution to kill the bacterial
process before if becomes a problem.

Zelenko is treating patients remotely with the help of his staff and only treats serious cases unless
they are high risk. 1/3 of those he is treating are outside his own community.

Zelenko says that many doctors are coming on board with his treatment and having similar results
and he thanks President Trump for bringing his treatment information to the public to make America
healthy again. He believes that if we scale his treatment nationally, it will significantly improve the
situation.

In a Fox interview last week, Vice President Pence said that the FDA would be approving off-label use
of Hydroxychloroquine but it’s anyone’s guess how long that will take. In the meantime, the only
permission you need to get for this treatment if you are sick with COVID-19 is your doctor’s
permission.

The American Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) also supports the use of
Hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine. In a recent letter to the president, they thanked him for helping
to make the two drugs available for treatment.

On the website of AAPS, they say,“We must not overlook old potential allies like the one George
Washington used to protect his troops, the bark that contained quinine, of which chloroquine and
hydroxychloroquine are analogs. Americans were protected against the malaria epidemic; the British
were not. This unappreciated ally probably turned the tide at Yorktown.”
