Watch: Dallas Stripper Breaks Her Jaw, loses Several Teeth in Shocking Fall Caught on Video

Ouch, that had to hurt.

A Dallas stripper was performing her routine high up in the air when she lost her grip and fell 15-feet through the air, landing smack-dab on the hard floor and breaking her jaw.

The dramatic moment was caught on video and it’s shocking, to say the least.

The dancer, who goes by the name Genea Sky, posted a photo of herself from her hospital room to her Instagram account after the video of her horrific fall went viral.

“I pretty much broke my jaw and I have to have surgery on it,” Genea said in the post.

She lost some teeth as well.

After the surgery was complete, Sky posted a “thumbs up” photo to Instagram.

“My surgery went well. My jaw is currently wired shut so please refrain from calling me as of right now and bare [sic] with me on replies because my phone hasn’t stopped blowing up,” she wrote.

“I was really nervous as this all started blowing up because people are cruel and this is a very sensitive time for me. But I never imagined so many people would stand behind me in a situation like this and that has outweighed all the negativity by far. I am beyond grateful for you all.

“I am in a tremendous amount of pain but I am ready for this road to recovery so I can get back to my life.” [New York Post] ^[2]

The dancer says her work is not paying for any of her medical bills so she started a “Gofundme” to cover the costs.

That sounds a tad strange that her work isn’t paying for anything…

I’m certainly no lawyer, but I can even see how easily she could sue them.
